Leon Berry is a training counsellor and therapist based in London, and he’s passionate about helping people to overcome the challenges in their lives, and to value and accept themselves more deeply.
Leon has faced his own challenges in life; growing up in Wandsworth, South London, he was surrounded by crime, violence, and prejudice. Leon would turn to food for comfort and was overweight. Mentally he was in a world of internal suffering, having a poor self image, anger issues, and lack of education. This brought him more unwanted attention in the form of bullying.
Join us on Tuesday 5th September when I’ll be interviewing Leon and hearing about his childhood struggles, and how he overcame his trauma to become the mature and confident man he is today.
Each week our Filling Station conversations aims to inspire and equip men with the tools they need for their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
It’s an opportunity to learn from other men, to hear what life has taught them, ask questions, and share thoughts.
